We're a small crew of strength coaches, powerlifters, and weekend physics nerds who got tired of guessing what actually happened during a set. BBoom: Kinetic Power Calc started as a scrap of paper taped to a squat rack — a place to scribble load, distance, and time and do the math by hand between reps. We just gave that scrap of paper a proper home.
Our mission is simple: put real force-velocity math back in the hands of the athlete doing the lifting, without asking anyone to buy a transducer, strap on a sensor, or hand over training data to a server somewhere. Power output, jump height, and rep-to-rep fatigue shouldn't require a subscription — just a calculator that respects the physics and respects your privacy.

BBoom: Kinetic Power Calc was built on one non-negotiable principle: your training data belongs to you, and only you. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly how little we touch it.
We collect nothing. No user accounts, no names, no email addresses, no geolocation, no analytics identifiers. Any figures you enter — load, distance, time, hang-time, jump attributes, rep velocity — exist only where you typed them: on your own device.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. Every calculation — power in Watts, vertical displacement, velocity trend drop-off — runs entirely on-device, in real time.
Your ledgers, saved sets, and calculation history are stored locally in the app's private storage on your phone. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, no server BBoom talks to.
No advertising networks, no third-party analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting trackers, no embedded libraries that phone home. BBoom operates fully offline by design.
Because your data never leaves your device, there is no central database to breach. Your ledger is protected by the same OS-level safeguards that protect the rest of your phone.
BBoom does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from anyone at all. COPPA-friendly by design, not by exception.
You control your local data completely. Edit or clear entries within the app, or remove everything at once by deleting the app — there are no cloud backups or hidden copies left behind.
We may update this policy as new features are added, and the Effective Date above will change accordingly. Our core commitment — no collection, no remote storage, no transmission — will not.
